IS LOTTERY ELECTION BRIBE?
Support A1+!Did RA CEC refutes the entry of the Turkish observers during NA elections held on May 12.

What about the lotteries distributed to people in Byureghavan? Garegin Azaryan stated that he had no idea about it.
