FREED TERRITORIES «DISPLAYED FOR SALE» IN PARIS

The statement says the fact that presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet in Paris on February 10 testifies to the preliminary agreement between official Yerevan and Baku upon following zealously agitated principles of Nagorno Karabakh conflict regulation: first and foremost passing of free territories to Azerbaijan, quartering of foreign powers there, peopling Artsakh with Azeris, holding referendum provided that Azeris will take part in it.
According to the authors of the statement «this is already the third attempt to change our victories to ignominious defeat».
«The first attempt was “phase” variant, which brought to Levon Ter-Petrosyan's resignation. The second one was the failure of 2001 “Paris principles” and “Key West agreements” reasoned by «people's being unprepared». The present process beginning with Paris meeting, is actually an attempt to repeat the past events. Both then and now concessions are unilateral, so «being unprepared» concerns Armenians only», - initiative group alarms.
