Today NA for the first time held elections of lawyer-scientist member of Justice Council.

The candidates were: associate professor of political and law sciences history sector Grigor Badiryan and 1995-2004 member of Justice Council Robert Avagyan. 92 deputies took part in secret vote. Grigor Baghdasaryan got 79 for, and 9 against. 69 deputies voted for Robert Avagyan, and 20 voted against.

Both candidates were included in the staff of Justice Council.
