As NDU leader Vazgen Manoukyan thinks the most important question in Armenia today is that no problem is solved in our country through elections, it's impossible to carry out change of authorities.

Sharing Vazgen Manoukyan’s opinion, leader of “Dignity” party Lyudmila Haroutyunyan added: “There is no party culture in Armenia. Oligarchs got wealthy coming to power or standing beside it. Today they are so powerful that they decide and dictate what they need instead of political powers”.

Mr. Manoukyan does not agree with Mrs. Haroutyunyan in this question. «There’s no cooperation between the authorities and oligarchs. One shouldn’t overestimate danger coming from the latter».
