NDU leader also stressed that he won't form an alliance with Samvel Babayan before th elections. «If both powers are in the Parliament after the elections and cooperation is possible, we'll cooperate», Mr. Manoukyan said.
Regarding parliamentary elections of 2007 he noted: «After the referendum on constitutional amendments we think over with certain oppositional powers what can be done to make the 2007 pithier. Otherwise participation in elections is meaningless».
