REFERENDUM DID NOT MEET INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

The organization is going to submit its 12-page report to the Central Electoral Commission, however its members are not sure the CEC will pay attention to the violations fixed by them. As for the assessments of the international observers, Hambartsumyan said. “A mission of 14 people could not notice everything.” He refrained from commenting on the legitimacy of the amendments. “I am going to abide by the Constitution of 1995,” he said.
