Support A1+!Long live to our court………. “Fortunately I have never dealt with our courts but I have never heard a court to take a just decision”, a woman of 30 said when responding to our question whether our juridical power can administer justice. “Our court is dependent and unjust”, a man said.
48% of the respondents consider that there is no justice in our juridical system. They condition it by the fact that the juridical system depends on the executive power.
25% think that sometimes courts arrive at just decisions. “It happens in case the authorities do not interfere”, one woman said, 10% think the juridical system is just. 17% found difficulty in answering.
The survey was conducted in variant districts of Yerevan. 100 citizens took part in it.
