Manvel Grigoryan to be arrested again (video)
Former lawmaker, retired general Manvel Grigoryan has been placed under arrest. The general is jailed at a Yerevan prison. The Court of Appeals has issued a new arrest warrant for Manvel Grigoryan. The court has accepted the Prosecutor General’s complaint against an earlier decision of a lower court to free Grigoryan on bail. The general will be arrested today.
