Nikol Pashinyan: We have a record low rate of murders (video)
Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has submitted a Facebook note that the number of murders in Armenia has dropped. "In 2018, we had a record low rate of murders since 1990. This is an important indicator. It is also important to note that all those who try to solve economic, political, personal, group issues through violence or weapons will suffer a severe retaliation and will be brought to severe accountability."
