Jirair Sefilian wrote on Facebook page: "Dear Compatriots! "A few minutes ago I finally received the passport of an Armenian citizen. I hope that the changes, due to which I've already received Armenian citizenship after so many years, will have a systemic nature and will be the beginning of the process of establishing Armenia as the birthplace of all Armenians."
