"By what kind of Electoral Code the snap elections will be held, the victory of the people is inevitable," the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed to the Armenians on Facebook after the failure of the adoption of amendments to the Electoral Code failed in the Parliament. Pashinyan announced that there will not be a return to the past.
