JACES to impose ban only on one account of debtor
At the sitting of the government on September 27, the draft law on compulsory enforcement of Judicial Acts was adopted, according to which the JACES of the RA Ministry of Justice will now impose ban only on one account of the debtor. The draft also notes that if the debtor has funds available to the debtor, the bank servicing the debtor should inform the compulsory enforcement officer as soon as possible that there is a ban imposed on his money.
