Sarkissian congratulates Malta’s president on Independence Day
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has congratulated President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca and the good people of Malta as the country celebrates Independence Day, wishing further progress and prosperity, Sarkissian’s office said.
