Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office Head Artur Sakunts expressed an opinion thT Robert Kocharyan has challenged Armenia and the people who carried out the velvet revolution. "Robert Kocharyan has declared himself a center for crystallization of anti-democratic forces." According to him, Robert Kocharyan should be responded by the legitimate manner, on factual grounds, and that will satisfy the person. "Robert Kocharyan should face his image."
