What is the bill against electoral violations all about? (video)
As it is known, the Commission on Reform of Electoral Legislation adjunct to the Prime Minister has developed and submitted to the National Assembly a package of draft laws aimed at combating electoral frauds. The amendments envisage toughening the responsibility for electoral offenses when they were committed by an organized group, as the purpose of such groups was to falsify the election results by overthrowing the legal form of constitutional order. The details about the changes that are envisaged to be implemented under these laws are presented in the video.
