Garnik Isagulyan suggests that the present and former leaders of Armenia and Artsakh will meet and discuss existing problems. "During this time, I met Robert Kocharyan, Serzh Sargsyan, send an application to meet Nikol Pashinyan, I always try to keep those contacts and they will always be independent of everything."
