Rescuers take citizen out of canal
On August 28, at 08:57, the "911" hotline received an alarm that a person fell into "Shirak" canal near the Gyumri cemetery in Shirak region. A brigade from the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations rescue squad left for the scene and took the person out from the canal.
