Gavar residents about courts and judges (video)
There are 5 courts in Gegharkunik province and 8 judges. There is a university that prepares staff for the justice system and NGO, which helps citizens in applying to court instances. Residents of the provincial center of Gavar hope that after the velvet revolution the courts will be more righteous, and the judges will be ashamed of humans and have fear of God.
