A military serviceman has died in the Republic of Artsakh, and as a result of an unfortunate incident. Artsakh Defense Army contract serviceman Armen Hovakimyan, 36, lost his life, on Sunday at around 5:30pm, in an unfortunate incident—according to preliminary information, while swimming in a lake.
