Haykak Arshamyan appointed adviser to Prime Minister.
By the decree of PM Nikol Pashinyan, Haykak Arshamyan is appointed adviser to the Prime Minister. "Guided by the Part 10 of Article 9 of the law "On Public Service", to appoint Haykak Arshamyan as an adviser to the Prime Minister," is written in the PM's decree.
