LIVE. BSEC chairmanship transferred from Armenia to Azerbaijan (video)
The meeting of the foreign ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Organization kicked off in Yerevan on June 27. During the meeting the BSEC chairmanship was transferred from Armenia to Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister is also present at the meeting.
