Arpine Hovhannisyan turms to Member of Congress (video)
Arpine Hovhannisyan, MP of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) faction, made a note on her Facebook page, which refers to the sale of American helicopters to Azerbaijan. "Dear collegues, shortly ago I had a conversation with a Member of Congress Tulsi Gabbard (who used to be a militarian), I made sure that the letter had been received by the addressee, I resented the social discourse concerning the issue, as well as the main axis of the responses and comments after sending the letter, including the point of views circulated within the Azerbaijani expert circles. My colleague assured me that she would study the issue thoroughly, would deal with it and would then provide with additional information."
