Arayik Harutyunyan to visit Gyumri tomorrow
"Tomorrow I will visit Gyumri to solve the problems in Shirak State University. I urge the parties to show calmness, I am sure tomorrow we will have a solution. Gyumri State University cannot remain in such an uncertain state. The state cannot let it," RA Minister of Education and Science Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page.
