Tevan Poghosyan appointed as Adviser to President
Armenian President Armen Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint Tevan Poghosyan as Adviser to the President. "Having regard to Article 145 (1) of the Constitution, as well as by Article 1 of the Presidential Decree NN-264-L of April 18, 2018, Paragraph 3 of Article 13 of the Staff of the President's Administration, to appoint Tevan Poghosyan as adviser to the President of the Republic of Armenia, on a voluntary basis," reads the decree.
