NA passes draft law on formation and functioning of the Security Council (video)
On February 8, the Armenian parliament passed the draft law "On formation and functioning of the Security Council" with 89 for and 7 against. The draft law "On the formation and functioning of the Security Council" envisages that the Security Council will be headed by the Prime Minister. The President of Armenia and the Speaker of the National Assembly will be no longer included in the Security Council.
