The Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technology informs that Vardenyants Pass is impassable due to snow and low visibility at 09:30 am, on January 31. There is black ice on Dilijan - Vanadzor, Goris - Sisian, and Goris - Kapan highways. All the interstate and republican roads are open.
