Vigen Sargsyan discusses issues of migration, drug trafficking and terrorism

A regular sitting of the CSTO Foreign Ministers, Council of Defense Ministers and National Security Council Secretaries kicked off in Minsk, Belarus. The member states, secretaries of security councils, foreign ministers and defense ministers are taking part of this session. Issues related to CSTO activities, including international terrorism, drug trafficking, and illegal migration issues will be discussed during the session. Within the framework of the sitting, Armenian Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan, who is on an official visit to the Republic of Belarus, had working meetings with his counterparts from the CSTO member states, including Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the formation of the CSTO. Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan and Tajikistan are members of the organization .
