No closed and hard-going roads in Armenia.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia informs that on November 30, at 08:00, there are no closed and hard-going roads in Armenia. On the night of November 30, till the afternoon, precipitation is expected in most regions. No precipitation is expected in Yerevan on December 1-4. According to information of Georgian internal ministry, Lars checkpoint is open for all kind of vehicles.
