The first passengers of the new electric train are the transport ministers of Armenia and Russia (video)
RA Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Vahan Martirosyan and Russian Minister of Transportation Maxim Sokolov visited Yerevan Sasuntsi Davit station to test the new electric train from Russia today. The electric train is comfortable for all, including the passengers with wheelchairs. It has also elevators, which helps passengers with wheelchairs climb and dive with them. The two-wagon electric train has 129 seats, furnished with comfortable chairs. It is scheduled to start the use of these electric trains in 2018.
