Termination of Powers of MP Ivan Avanesyan
October 6, NA President Ashot Ghoulyan signed a protocol on termination of the deputy powers of Ivan Khoren Avanesyan, elected from electoral district N6, based on Article 2, Part 2, Article 138 of the Law on the Rules of Procedure of the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly. The protocol was sent to the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Artsakh. The resignation will be considered accepted from the moment of the publication of the Protocol. Earlier, on September 28, NA President Ashot Ghoulyan issued a statement on the resignation of Ivan Avanesyan.
