Artsakh Minister of Defense receives U.S. Co-Chair of OSCE Minsk Group
On October 4, Levon Mnatsakanyan, Minister of Defense of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Republic, received Andrew Schofer, the newly-appointed U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group for Nagorno-Karabakh. At the start of the meeting, Levon Mnatsakanyan congratulated the U.S. Co-Chair on appointment and wished him success in his work. The Artsakh official also spoke about the situation between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces and the ensuing developments.
