The police refrain from commenting on the incident. 11. 24 The Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of Armenia's National Assembly today started its sitting with a statement by Committee Chairman Armen Ashotyan. He announced that three issues concerning the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology would be removed from the sitting agenda. He added that they had received a call that a bomb had been planted in the Ministry building. A state of emergency has been declared and the entire staff has been evacuated, therefore no one from the Ministry is present in the sitting.
