Vardan Tsolakyan, the son of Republican MP Felix Tsolakyan, has not served in the Armenian Armed Forces but he did not evade military service. “In 2005, he received his PhD, defended his thesis and worked at Yerevan State University as a lecturer and was not called up for military service,” Felix Tsolakyan said to A1+ Recently, the Ministry of Defense published information about the sons of 48 officials, who served in the army.
