Pictures of Serzh Sargsyan and Catholicos of All Armenians found hanging at polling station (video)
Elderly people are being taken to 8/16 Polling Station, A1+’s journalists reports from the ground. The Citizen Observer Initiative reports that an observer of the Europe in Law Association monitoring the municipal election at 9/16 Polling Station found the pictures of Serzh Sargsyan and Catholicos of All Armenians hung on the wall near voting booths. The observer demanded that the pictures be removed but the chairperson of the election commission refused to do it. The latter also refused to register the violation.
