Specialist of voter authentication equipment hits observer (video)
Citizen Observer initiative reports that the specialist of the voter identification device hit an observer registered with the Europe in Law Association NGO, remove the lens, thus preventing the observer from filming the voting process. The chairman of the commission did not interfere to stop the violation.
