Azerbaijan fires mortars, anti-tank grenades across border
Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire along the Line of Contact 90 times last night, firing more than 1750 rounds against Armenian defense positions from weapons of various calibers. The Artsakh Ministry of Defense says that Azerbaijani military fired 22 rounds from 60-mm and 82-mm mortars and 12 rounds from anti-tank grenade-launchers and automatic grenade launchers in the southern and northern sections of the border. The Ministry says the frontline military units of its Defense Army took retaliatory actions to suppress the firing.
