Yelk (Way out) alliance launched new project- “Social support to citizens opposing electoral bribe.” It means that all the people, who will refuse to vote by taking bribe, will receive AMD 15,000 after Yelk is elected. Yelk alliance’s candidate for Mayor Nikol Pashinyan doesn’t agree that this step is also a form of electoral bribe, “We have never plundered, taken money and kept it in the basement of our houses. We will provide that money from the budget of Yerevan city, which legally belongs to Yerevan residents.” In reply to the question by “A1+” how they will check who applies to them and whether they have taken bribe or not, Nikol Pashinyan answered, “We believe in out voters. If they don’t take money and vote for us, we will be elected, and if they take electoral bribe and vote for the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), that party will be elected and they cannot apply to us anymore.”
