Artsakh MoD records skirmish between Azerbaijani soldiers
On Friday morning, the vanguard units of the Artsakh Defense Army recorded sounds of skirmish from a military positions of the Azerbaijani armed forces stationed not far from Ashaghi Abdurahmanli settlement. The sounds were followed by an explosion. “Such incidents are frequent and are always observed and recorded by Armenian border guards. They show that disciplinary and inter-personal relations in the Azerbaijani armed forces continue to remain in poor condition. The adversary might have sustained losses as a result of the aforesaid incident but it traditionally prefers to keep silent about its losses. It is not excluded that the Azerbaijani elite will try to blame them on the Armenian side,” the Artsakh Defense Ministry said in a statement.
