Vanadzor scenario may repeat in Yerevan (video)
Mechanisms in election campaigns have remained much the same in Armenia in the past 20 years. Specialists say that even the newly formed opposition parties were unable to create a situation which would lead to serious changes. The opposition, in turn, needs to show what it can offer to people. Many do not know them and do not know what to expect from them. Analysts do not rule out repetition of the Vanadzor scenario in Yerevan when the opposition boycotted the sessions of the city council after a republican candidate became mayor of the city.
