Yuri Khachaturov relieved of his duties as Secretary of National Security Council
Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree to relieve Yuri Khachaturov of his duties as Secretary of the National Security Council of the Republic of Armenia. In April 2017, Khachaturov was appointed Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. He will take over his duties on May 2, 2017.
