The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia informed the Armenian Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies that Stepantsminda-Lars highway has been opened for one-way traffic for vehicles heading from Russia to Georgia. The ministry promised to provide additional information later in the day.
