CEC publishes scanned voter lists
Pursuant to the requirements of the Armenian Electoral Code, the Central Electoral Commission has scanned and published the scanned copies of the signed voter lists received all Precinct Election Commissions (PECs) after election day (April 2), allowing for public checks of those who reportedly voted, including those de facto residing abroad, in Sunday’s parliamentary elections.
