AMD 10 000 note fallen beside the polling booth of “Astghik” MC (video)
7/52 polling station is situated in “Astgik” medical center, which belongs to lawmaker’s candidate Samvel Aleksanyan. People, receiving treatment in the hospital, are voting here. At the moment of “A1+”’s visit in the polling station, where the voting should have been underway, no member of the committee was present.
But it was surprising that many ballots were on the table, when no member of the committee was there. A man was keeping watch over the ballots, who introduced himself as the proxy of the Communist Party Arshak Amiryan.
Vahan Ghazaryan, member of the committee of number 7 precinct, justified their action, “The ballots aren’t counted, the ballots aren’t numerated.”
In reply to the question whether there isn’t a risk that they can be stolen, he noted that the door is closed, “We have closed the door, it isn’t a problem.” This is in the case, when even our camera fixed that the door of the polling station wasn’t closed.
By the way, AMD 10 000 note was fallen near the polling booth. In reply to the question by “A1+” whether it doesn’t show that money was distributed here, Vahan Ghazaryan rejected that fact. One of the citizens claimed that the money was given her by her husband.
By the way, the camera of “A1+” captured a fact of entering the polling booth with another person in that polling station. But this fact was neglected by the Head of Committee of number 7 precinct.
