“Bringer of bread” released from pre-trial detention
After confirming the request by the NA lawmakers Edmon Marukyan, Levon Zurabyan, Nikol Pashinyan, Heghine Bisharyan, Mikayel Manukyan and Aram Manukyan and paying the relevant sum set by law, on March 6, 2017, the prosecutor supervising legality of the preliminary investigation has made a decision to change the precautionary measure (pre-trial detention) of Arthur Sargsyan and choosing personal guarantee as a precautionary measure.
