Explosive device detonates in the ranks, injuring three soldiers
According to a statement released by the Investigative Committee, a criminal case has been initiated by its sixth garrison to determine the cause of the latest incident in the ranks. On February 28, three conscript soldiers were injured when an explosive device was detonated while they were carrying out construction work at a defensive military post. The injured soldiers, Narek Grigoryan, Perch Gabrielyan and Erik Sahakyan, were rushed to a military hospital with shrapnel wounds shortly after the explosion. The case is launched under Article 376.2 of the Criminal Code (negligent service).
