Lack of quorum in the NA: pupils instead of lawmakers (video)
The NA Session today lasted very short; 34 lawmakers had been registered, there was lack of quorum. “If there is lack of quorum, the registration will continue until necessary number of lawmakers is reached, but not longer than three hours,” said the NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan. Mainly the Republican lawmakers were absent. Pupils and teachers of no 119 high school took the places of the NA lawmakers.
