Armenian parliament observes moment of silence in memory of March 2008 victims (video)
The National Assembly started its March 1 session by observing a moment of silence in commemoration of the ten victims of the 2008 post-election unrest. The Armenian legislature put to a vote and passed 27 drafts. Lawmakers Karen Botoyan, Ruben Hpvsepyan, Hakob Hakobyan and Spartak Melikyan voted for their absent colleagues.
