MES: Earthquake in Armenia-Georgia border zone
The Seismic Protection Service of the Republic of Armenia MES informs that on February 16 a magnitude 2.5 earthquake has been registered at 13:36 Yerevan time (09:36 GMT). The geographical coordinates are latitude 41.150 N and longitude 43.910 E (Armenia-Georgia border zone, 10 km north-eastern to Bavra village) at a depth of 10 km. The force at the epicenter measured up to 3 on the Richter scale. The earthquake wasn’t felt in the territory of the RA.
