Opposition lawmaker Nikol Pashinyan today spoke about the possible cooperation with other political forces ahead of the April parliamentary elections. “After the previous elections, Gagik Tsarukyan left the political arena at the most responsible moment. We must have a guarantee that no one will decide to follow suit in a similar situation,” Pashinyan said today. Speaking about former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian, the lawmaker said while in office Oskanian always hid the existence of political prisoners in Armenia. Nikol Pashinyan also assured everyone on behalf of the Yelk alliance that none of the political forces included in the electoral bloc has conducted negotiations on forming an alliance with the Armenian National Congress (HAK).
