The situation remained tense along the Line of Contact between Azerbaijani and Karabakh armed forces yesterday and last night, this according to the Ministry of Defense of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. The ministry says Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire 80 times overnight, releasing 850 rounds against Armenian military positions from different caliber weapons, including 85-mm divisional gun D-44 and 60mm and 82-mm mortars. The most intense violations were reported along the eastern and northeastern directions of the frontline, with Azerbaijani troops firing at least 47 rounds from cannons and mortars.
